This was or still is the virtually awful experience as a paying client. Kickoff of all I thought I was subscribing to a 3month subscription for 29.95, some how a 14.95 was added. The first time I called later on 32minutes I hung upward considering I couldn't understand the lady. Second fourth dimension I got a overnice lady I could empathize and helped. I go to look at my banking concern argument and my business relationship was charged another 6times for the 29.95. I call back get the lady that can't speak English and fence with her for a 60 minutes until I finally got to speak with a supervisor that was not much aid either. They said they will refund notwithstanding waiting. I don't understand how this can be legal

Be careful of this crook company! They sent refund back to my email address which never registered with PayPal and claimed that they already refunded! They knew that this transaction didnt get through and got a bounced dorsum email since this accost is not existing in PayPal!

I paid for an acct. thru the website, tried to admission info that was promised i could admission with a paid subscription, was not able to see whatever more info than what you encounter with no subscription! Checked to brand sure the subscription had cleared my depository financial institution acct. Information technology had. I checked again over the adjacent several days and even so couldnt admission info that they guaranteed i could access. Finally called to cancel subscription and enquire for a refund. CSR was rude to me, tried to constantly speak over me and didnt heed or peradventure encompass the reason for my call. Then run across had the nervus to try to sell me more than! I reported her to her supervisor, who in my opionion was no more compent than the CSR! I did eventually receive a full refund. They continue to send me emails, fifty-fifty after i requested to exist removed from their mailing list. They dont even deserve 1 star! I practise not recommend accessing their website for whatsoever info, they say you can correct whatsoever fake info, fifty-fifty without a subscription, but that is untrue.

This website is full of inaccurate information near myself, my spouse, my children and other family members. DON'T trust it. The social score is a joke and they don't tell you anywhere how they arrive at your social scores. I would give this website ZERO stars but this review site requires at least one star so I'chiliad stuck with that rating.

Horrible visitor that STOLE my money!! I was charged despite having one more day left to cancel. Getting a hold of someone there is incommunicable. They steal your money and never return your messages! The service wasn't fifty-fifty practiced, you lot couldn't search anyone other than the original person you searched. AND It kept assuming I was the person that I was searching and referring to me every bit that person. The person I searched should have been on the sex offender listing but shows goose egg, well-nigh of this crap is a joke, they don't have all the data they claim. MyLife has Incorrect INFO
Start, they had twice the income I actually get. Second, they named two individuals I am supposed to know well, but I never heard of them. Third and worst, I sent them an email asking for a correction, simply they never replied (they said they answer within 48 hours). Subsequently 48 hours, I sent another email and got some other 'confirmation', but days later, NO Respond. I bet they want me to pay them to answer, but I read from others that MyLife is a SCAM.
